I'm sorry to hear that you've recently had some concerns about your breast health. It's good to know that, following an appointment at the breast clinic earlier this week, there was no immediate cause for concern and that the specialists diagnosed the lump as fat necrosis. 

There is some information about fat necrosis on the Breast Cancer Now website, which hopefully will give you some reassurance. If it would help to chat things through with one of our nurses, you can call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Thankyou so much. It confuses me that if it's fat necrosis that I have to return? Surely it just goes away itself and they can't offer anything for it? X
