I’ve found a large lump in my breast, went to the GP and they said it’s approximately 4cm. Its just seems to have appeared out of nowhere! Back in June, my armpit was feeling sore (the pain probably lasted about a month) so since then I have been checking my breasts very regularly and this seems to have just come overnight. It feels sort of like an egg but I can’t be sure and it’s somewhat moveable. Also since finding it, it feels like it’s aching (if that makes sense) and also since going to the GP my back and neck have been aching terribly. I’m so terrified that it’s going to be bad news and all I see online and on tiktok are the scary stories. I feel like I’m spiralling and don’t know what to do
