I initially booked a doctors appointment because I wanted to get on the pill but because I told the doctors that I bleed for a long time on my period and have heavy periods, they booked me for a transvaginal ultrasound and an ultrasound. It came back as having cysts in ovaries ("required for a diagnosis of PCOS") and an endometrial polyp.

I have also been so bloated to the point I look pregnant and have had ongoing diarrhoea for 3-months-ish. I went to the doctors seperately for this issue and they have tested me for celiac (which I havent got the results back for yet).

I also had a blood test to test my hormones and my CA-125. Hormones came back fine but my CA-125 is 50! They have rushed me for an urgent referral to the gynaecologist for more scans I'm assuming even though I've already had some. I'm worried that I have the big "C" word as I have all the symptoms and also my mum died of cancer. Im only 23.

Should I be worried? I can't eat or sleep and cant stop crying with worry.
