I had a biopsy on an abnormal lymph node in my neck a week ago, and a MRI on my neck 5 days ago. 
I have just had a phone call with the ENT department scheduled for tomorrow in my NHS app. 
I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before any results. 
I am terrified that the speed of the phone call means it’s not good news
