You did the right thing going to the GP when you noticed this hard lump by your nipple and it sounds like your doctor is not overly concerned and thinks it is hormonal. If you are still worried though, you could perhaps try and see yet another GP just to get confirmation that it is definitely hormonal. When you see the doctor, make sure you mention that the right side of your breast feels more swollen and that you are experiencing pain. It's important that your doctor is aware of all the symptoms you are concerned about, for example the fact that it hasn't changed in the last month so don't hesitate to give them all the details or to flag anything you feel worried about.
