Hi I am 22 and recently noticed that beside my nipple I have a hard lump. It’s hard to describe as it feels more like a hard small raised area. I have been two the GP twice and both think it’s hormonal however it hasn’t changed in the last month. The right side of my breast feels more swollen and I am experiencing pain.
