I think you're doing the right thing in seeing the doctor about this in 3 weeks just to get some clarity on what these hard lumps in your thigh might be. The doctor will be able to examine you and look at these lumps and tell you more. Make sure you describe everything you have mentioned here to the doctor, the fact that the original lump hasn't grown or shrunk, that it is hard and aches when touched and also that you have found two more deep in your thigh and as you can't see them but feel them, it would be good for the doctor to examine those closely and it's great that you have a face to face appointment for that.
