Hospital called me and said they found inflammation markers in my blood

Hi i am 18, autistic and overthink a lot.

I have been having blood issues for 2 years now. I lost weight (used to weigh 60kg i belive) i eat the same amount i used to eat. I have got pain in my bones . I been told i have low plalet count. I also get sick quite easily. I also wake up extremely tired after 8hrs of sleep.

Then on thursday i got a phone call from haematology to be like did u tale any ibrufoen the day before your blood test. I went no and she tells me that i had a high amount of imflammation markers but i havent had a common illness in 1 to 2 months.  And believe she said that it is weird.
