Experience at the Clinic, Not sure of next steps

I’m 30 years-ols and I had 3 lumps on my left breast 3 years ago. I had an ultrasound back then, and was told one was just dense breast tissue, the other 2 were milk related (don’t remember the name). The mill ones disappeared eventually as I kept breastfeeding. The other one has remained here.

Fast forward to July this years, I found another lump on my right breast, behind the nipple. It felt harder then the one on the left breast. Phone my GP and waited a week for my appointment, then GP referee me to the breast clinic and then it was a 2 weeks for that. Which was yesterday.

The first person that saw me, talked to me, asked me questions and did a physical examination. Said she did not seem concerned but marked 3 places to be checked for an US Scan.

She then asked me about family history and referred me to a genetic test (I should have asked why I wasn't referee 3 years ago, but I forgot). Then she asked me what did they say on my second scan, and I told her I only had one. And she says that it says I had 2…. I was never called for a second one but nevertheles, I was there to get things checked yesterday so I didn'worry.

I was then told to wait for my ultrasound scan. I was called and in the room there was only me and the technician. My consultant was working with a junior radiologist, who started the scan by himself.

He checked the right breast, then moved onto the left, where then she came in. He checked and took pictures, then she quickly did a scan herself on that left breast, then as she handed the devise back and asked me to turn again so he could do the other side again he says ”can I show you something?” and she says very wuickly “I saw you saw”.. They proceed to the next breast and after not even a min she says it all looks normal and healthy and that of someone my age she expects me to have a more of a lumpy tissue and to keep doing what I’m doing and if anything is off concern to get checked again.

Now I’m overthinking. What did he want to show? And what did she mean by ‘I saw you saw’, saw WHAT? Was he concerned and did she dismiss? Cause she did not ask him to show what he wanted or checked it herself again. Do they even review photos of the scan after at all? I should just trust them, right? But the quick I saw you saw was just odd. Although so far today I have received a letter on my chart saying I am dismissed from the clinic as everything looks normal.

I know as well I did not imagine said conversation because I did a voice recording of my appointment, just in case something important was said that I had to remember.

Am I overthinking? Not sure what to do or think. I’m spiralling. Might have to ask my doctor. On another hand, I have found today, the day after me scan, another breast tissue that feels different, but no actual lump, but I am ovulating, not sure if this is all in my head now.

Also, do I ask my GP about the genetic testing the first lady said she would refer me to. Hope someone can give me some insight.
