Rt sided breast lump with a thick tail

Hi

I am 47 and have had a hysterectomy 3 years ago. Been on high dose hrt since. I noticed a breast lump in right upper quadrant of my rt breast, its quite deep and doesn't move, its attached to a long thick tail with lumps in it. Its not fluctuating in size at all, but I don't have periods.

Saw my gp, she discounted the deeper lump and could feel the tail and smaller lumps. She said she was only referring me due to high risk ftom hrt. I was told I was on the 8 plus week list.

I stated getting aching and discharge so followed up with a call to my gp. The receptionist said im on the 2 week pathway. I called breast clinic to check for an appointment and they wouldn't pick up.

Its been over 2 weeks and heard nothing. I'm really confused as to what is hoing on. Am I over worrying? Being a nurse myself I have heard and seen a lot, do probably worry more. But my senses are telling me its not right.
