43 year old female with suspected lung cancer

I had a lung infection last October and have never been able to shake the cough. I repeatedly went to the doctors about it but because I was diagnosed with a hernia this year they just kept putting it down to reflux even though I said it wasn’t. Eventually I asked for a chest x ray which I had yesterday. I also found a lump in my breast suspected cyst which I had my appointment for today. It’s not a cyst it turns out they think it’s a fibroadenoma but took biopsies to  make sure. I came home feeling pretty scared having to wait up to 2 weeks for the results. As soon as I got home my GP called me to say my chest X-ray shows enlarged hilem in left lung and has referred me as suspected lung cancer. I am so scared. I’m only 43 but I’ve always smoked. My daughter’s dad passed aaay a few years ago and I am all she has. I’ve had so much trauma in my life and have only just found my forever guy and life was finally about to begin for me. All I’m doing now is waiting for ct scan on lungs and  biopsy results of breast lump. How likely is this to be cancer? Ps I am so scared right now I only just found my person and began my life
