Poor you these sound like difficult symptoms to have to bear and I hope that you find out more soon about what is causing these issues and that the MRI will shed some light on what is going on. Hopefully it won't be too long now until you get a diagnosis but if you find your symptoms worsen, if for example the breathing and the chest and pains get worse, make sure you mention it to your doctor or if it's out of hours don't hesitate to ring 111.
