Can anybody help me with these results plz

basophils 0.16 with wcc 21.88 with eosinopkil 0.64 with monocytes 1.66 with neutrophils 15.49

Basophils high for last 6 tests o er 2 1/÷ yezrs 

Wcc high for past 3 tests gdtting higher each time 

Little advice whzt to do if posxible

I have no symptoms apart from fatigued and tired
