I am sorry to hear about the pain in your arm pit and hope that your doctor can give you a solution soon. Another question to ask your doctor might be whether they think that the pain could be caused by a lymph node. It is unusual to have pain associated with breast cancer, but not impossible, so just as well to make sure.
