Had an ultrasound which showed a 4cm x 6cm mass in my abdomen. Only symptoms I've had were UTI which needed 2 rounds of antibiotics and what I thought might have been cervical prolapse as I felt a heaviness in my lower tummy.  Blood test showed potassium level slightly raised. My doctor rang and asked if I was aware of any lumps.

I'm extremely anxious now and am worried I've missed other signs. I have not had bowel changes, blood in urine. I'm post menopause and have had no bleeding.

Has anyone had anything similar, my mind in imagining all sorts.
