Hi,

This feels very different to anything I have done before but instead of just searching and searching for some kinds of answers on the internet I have turned here. 

At the beginning of January, I noticed a sore area on my breast it was around 10p in size just at the top of my right breast, a constant dull ache (fullness feeling) and if touched or pressed on it felt sharp. I went to the doctors but due to no lump they did a blood test and all was ok. The symptom did not improve and over the last 2 months, my armpit has become swollen and the side of my breast just feels fattier than the other side. I have also started having shoulder pain, top of the arm pain, the pain in my breast is much worse when I am laying flat. I requested another GP appointment two weeks ago and they just said they would book a routine appointment however my armpit had continued to swell so I submitted another request and got an appointment the same day. 
The GP examined me and noticed the top of my right breast is slightly swollen compared to my left and also felt a lump in my armpit. 

I am so anxious, I suppose because if it was an infection, I feel it would have passed within 4 months.
