breast abscess now sore tiny lump near armpit

I've had a breast abscess that returned in the exact place from 11yrs ago thats lasted over 2 weeks, burst several times then filled back up, I think its drained on its own now, it still feels sore but I have also today developed a tiny sore lump near my armpit, I have an appointment on Friday at the breast clinic
