I'm so sorry for your loss cherisnuts, and for the anxious wait you now have to find out if you have bowel cancer.

You must be contending with so many thoughts and emotions right now but I want to reassure you that we are here for you and will do all we can to support you. 

So many of our members know how tough this wait can be, so I'm sure you will receive some support and advice from them soon but in the meantime, I hope this guide we have on how to cope with waiting for news will help to calm your mind when you find it starting to wander.
