I hope you are all doing ok. 
I am a 33 year old female and for the past couple of months I have been experiencing some symptoms that are unlike me

I’ve been so tired especially in the afternoons, my right breast feels tight and swollen, I’ve been experiencing itchy nipples and small spots all on the areola which at first I thought maybe was an allergic reaction to something but it’s not gone away, there’s a feeling of heat in the right breast, I have a lump in my armpit on the same side as the problem boob, it’s fixed and painless. Sudden shooting pan in the problem boob too. With all of these symptoms I went to my doctors on March 5th where my GP examined me and felt everything I described the lump, the heat, the swollen breast, the nipple looking inflamed. She referred me on the 2 week pathway to the breast clinic and I’ve managed to get an appointment for next Wednesday the 25th. 
I’m here to see if anyone else has experienced these symptoms and what their outcome was? 
I have a family history of breast cancer so obviously my mind goes straight to this. My mum had breast cancer in her early forties and just recently my auntie, my mums sister has been diagnosed with it in her 40s too
