I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experiences and advice with us. We get a lot of posts on the forum about having colonoscopies so I have no doubt this will really help others who may be struggling with their bowel prep.

As you say, the food restrictions can be tough but if you're able to persevere, it does help in the end.

I'm not sure from your post when you had your colonoscopies but I hope the results brought good news and all is well with you now.
