I'm sorry to hear about the amount of discharge you've been contending with since finishing your menopause and the anxiety this is causing.

If you think your symptoms have got worse since you saw your doctor, make sure you let them know and tell them how much this is affecting you. Also, if you have more than one doctor working at your GP surgery you could try getting a second opinion from a different doctor.

Coping with that feeling of unease can be physically and mentally exhausting but I hope these tips the NHS have on managing anxiety will help. You can also talk to one of our cancer nurses about this on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m. They're very understanding and will do all they can to help.
