I'm sorry to hear that you've been struggling with pain and weight loss over the last 6 months. It's understandable that you've been concerned by this. 

It sounds as if the health professionals you've already spoken with have carried out an extensive array of tests, and it's good to know that nothing of immediate concern has been picked up on any of those scans and scopes. 

However, this doesn't address the problems that you are experiencing. Sometimes it is very difficult for the specialists to make a diagnosis. Things aren't always as clear as we might hope for. Do make an appointment to go back to your GP and discuss the next steps in addressing the pain that you're dealing with. You can talk with them about what next steps might be appropriate in further investigating, monitoring and managing your concerns and symptoms. 

I do hope that you can get some answers soon and that things begin to improve for you.
