Recent breast lump found - trying to stay positive and not over think anything. Has anyone else been through this?

Hello everyone

I have recently found a lump on my left breast underneath and close to The Base of the breast (hope that makes sense). I managed to see my GP who have referred me to my local hospital for an examination and possible mammogram/ultrasound etc.

I only noticed it by chance as I rolled over in bed and moved my hand to my chest and thought what is that!  I’m nearly 42 and never felt anything like this before. My date for the hospital 16th March.

I don’t have any pain but maybe since Xmas iv not been to well. Iv had constant issues with my breathing, wheezing, palpitations, nausea and heart burn. It’s so hard to get a dr appointment that I ended up going to urgent treatment, they gave me a course of steroids, I was on for 2 days and it just come back. I’m not sure if it can be connected but just wondering if anyone has had anything similar.

im trying to stay positive and not over think anything till I know but just interested to hear other people’s stories.

thank you

love n hugs x
