I have a lump on my neck. I am 16M, very healthy. It is quite firm and painless it moves up and down when I swallow and then goes back to where it was before. It sometimes feels like fluid when I move my finger slowly over the top of it. There is a smaller one parallel to it and the other side (concerning side) bigger. I was thinking about getting an appointment to doctors but I was ill last week with a cold and think it could be lymph nodes. Does it sound urgent? I have no difficulty swallowing or stuff.
