Hi all first time posting really looking for some guidance / reassurance. To be honest I don’t no what I’m looking for..

I’m 32 year old male. Never really had any health issues on Boxing Day noticed I had an ache lower right stomach. I thought at the time I pulled a mussel. It got worse as the days went on, I went to a&e due to the pain it was so bad. They thought apendix due to scale of pain. They then ruled it out and said it’s not that. They told me to go to the doctors. I was in pain badly for about 2 weeks. When i went doctors I had bloods and a calproticin test. Bloods mostly ok apart from crp was 22 and the poo test was 190. He said do another poo rest in 4 weeks done that and it gone back to normal 25 but pain is still there consistently I’m going back tomorrow to doctors he mentioned a camera up the rear I’m so scared it’s bowel cancer. The constant lower right pain is now really getting to me it’s constant day and night for 2 months! I have always had a ‘bad stomach’ eg bouts or dioreah etc but now it’s going more the other way constipation and pain but then a lot of diareah after it’s so weird. Has anyone else been in the same boat. Any advise ? Thanks in advance
