Lump in neck just under jaw joint - waiting for appointment with neck and head team. Starting to worry.

I had swollen glands in my neck over 3 weeks ago, doctors put me on antibiotics and swelling went down after the 10 day course. 

But I noticed a hard lump about size of a small grape on neck just under jaw joint, I'm into my forth week doctors have put me on neck and head team list, awaiting the appointment. 

I have no night sweats, no voice change or problems swallowing and no weight loss until I started worrying over the last 2 days.

Which I'm hoping is stress. Which is making me feel worse

    I'm glad the antibiotics helped with your swollen glands although I'm sorry about the hard lump you then found in your neck.

    This must be very stressful, but our members are here for you and hopefully those who have contended with something similar will be along soon to offer their support and advice.
