Colonoscopy - have to wait at least 6 weeks until my next one but I think I'm constipated

I had a colonoscopy in Jan 2026. It had to be abandoned due to prep not working properly & excruciating pain. I did not have sedative. In 2021 & 2022 it was ok without sedative. They found a cancerous polyp. Luckily they removed it. So cancer free. Next time I think they'll give me stronger prep & sedative. Hopefully I have to wait at least 6 weeks then I have to take sennakot. Think Im constipated. I take vibregon, amitriptyline & lansoprazole for my prostate. I had prostatectomy last year to remove my benign prostate. 7 years ago had gallbladder removed. Sorry I talk too much

    I noticed you hadn't had a reply to your post here as yet so wanted to send a reply. I can see another of our moderators responded to your recent post regarding the colonoscopy being abandoned due to issues with the prep.
