Signs and symptoms of breast cancer - has anyone experienced what I am just now?

Hi there I was wondering if there’s anyone out there’s who’s experiencing what I am just now or has.  I’m 29 will be 30 this year. I found a hard solid painful lump in my boob about 2 months ago. Thought it would go away but it hasn’t I went to the drs and she said she thought it was maybe a cyst or abscess. But she referred me to the hospital. Consultant at the hospital checked me over and said cause your age it will probs be a cyst or an abscess. But go and get an ultrasound. Got my ultrasound scan and they said there is something there but they aren’t sure what it is then I got a mammogram and said made it abit more clearer but still not sure what it is said might be an abscess then took samples of fluid and a biopsy to be sent away. My head is absolutely fried if it was an abscess why didn’t they drain it.  Wondering if anyone’s had these same symptoms as me and what the outcome was.  Lump is very hard and painful maybe about 4-5cm I have small boobs so feels massive compared to the size of my boobs. No other symptoms

  • Oh I forgot to say. I have bad shoulder pain on that side and my collar bone is swollen as well and painful and I haven’t had an injury to my collar bone not sure if that’s connected to anything to do with the lump in my boob
