NHS Scotland still no test to dx

Symptoms last summer fit test showed needed referral made start Nov still no colonoscopy, they’ve messed up and made me an appt for a gastroscopy for an issue from 2 years ago and still no colonoscopy appt.

ave wait time? How to speed things along ? Anyone else’s experience with this in nhs Scotland? Thanks

Your GP/Practice Manager should be chasing this up for you.
Writing to your MP might put a rocket under them all.

They have been trying for weeks, they cannot get a response either, the dept NEVER answers their phones I’ve even experienced they answer I can hear someone there talking to colleagues and then I’m cut off!

I have written to all my MSPs and MP today I am so sick of this and horrified at the sheer level of admin incompetence
