There is a mark on my big toenail. No trauma remembered although I am active so I could have hurt my toe and forgotten. Dog, yoga, jogging etc although no long distances at present. Been there for more than a week.
You can't upload photos on the forum as no one here can tell you if it's melanoma. There are lots of reasons why a toenail can develop a mark. As Farmer_Ed advises, see your GP who will decide if it's something easily treatable or you need to be referred to a dermatologist.
