A big welcome back to our forum and thank you for sharing your story. It's good they did all these investigations at the time and that it was all done so quickly and it's great news that they all came back negative. I can imagine you are feeling very anxious right now after noticing this blood in your urine and finding out it wasn't linked to a UTI. I hope that you won't have to wait too long to be seen at the haematuria clinic. It's normal for our minds to be working overtime as you say in a situation like this and our imaginations can also play tricks on us making us expect the worst or anticipate the most dreadful scenario when there are so many other things it could be. 

There's nothing harder than waiting for tests and then often waiting again for results and it can all feel a bit like an endless state of limbo. I thought I would share with you our helpful tips to help you cope while waiting for news which I hope will help you get through the coming days while you are waiting to have a bit more clarity on what has caused this bleeding.
