Lump on left side above clavicle - smooth, firm and non mobile

Hi I have had a swollen node on the right side of my neck for the last 4 weeks. Two weeks ago I found another above my left clavicle in the hollow part. I visited the doctors today who done bloods, ecg and refferal for ultrasound. The doctor also observed tachycardia on this visit hence the ECG done. I have copied the doctors notes below :

  • Incidental finding of tachycardia; Watched pulse oximeter for 1m and HR ranged from 114 to 134 bpm; Mentioned recent papitations and lightheadedness on standing; No CP, SOB, wheeze or syncope; No known cardiac conditions
  • Coded entry - Differential diagnosis (XSMiS) - ?Lymph nodes
  • Coded entry - Plan (XaIVg); Neck USS; Bloods and ECG now; R/v with results
  • Coded entry - Clinical examination (XB001); Looks well; No pallor or cyanosis; HS -+II+0. No added sound. Noted tachycardia; Lump to the posterior aspect of neck - R side ; Approx 0.5cm - smooth and mobile. Non-tender; Lump to anteior aspect of neck, above clavicle - L side. ; 1cm approx , smooth and firm. Non-mobile

The left side lump above my clavicle has me worried due to her saying it was firm and non mobile. The only positive I can take from this is that it is not large and I’m hoping that is a good sign. I don't really know the point in this post other than some advice or even just support to help me stop worrying until I have my ultrasound and my blood results are back. If anyone has experienced anything similar please respond. For added information I’m a 24 year old female , two little boys and due to get married next month so really hoping this is all sorted before then…
