I think it would not hurt to mention that you very recently noticed that one side of your areola is indented. If you feel it cannot wait until your follow up appointment to bring it up, I would perhaps make a phone call to your GP just so they can be aware of this latest change and can update your medical records ahead of your appointment. In any case, make sure you mention it when you go back for your follow up appointment just to be safe and to ensure they are familiar with all the details and this change in your areola since you visited the breast clinic.
