I’m 28 years old and I found a lump in my breast and currently awaiting a 2 weeks appointment for the breast clinic. I’m absolutely terrified and I’m thinking about it every moment of the days and crying almost all the time or trying to hold my tears back. I have a little one and every time I look at her I burst into tears. I stopped breast feeding 7 months ago. The lump is painful at times

Does anyone have any advice on how to get through this horrific period of waiting on the unknown?
