help- unusual periods, discomfort and bloating

i am 37 i have had normal periods till about may last year where i've been spitting between cycles but this month i've bleed for 20 days straight i have some pain near my pelvis bone and feel so bloated. any ideas of what this could be anyone else experience this please also im so tired i wake up tired even tho i've slept well the night before

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing difficulties. It's always difficult to advise on these things and really it's only your doctor who can do this, so do give them a call if you haven't already. You can talk through your symptoms with them and they can help.

    In the meantime if others here have any similar experience to share then hopefully they'll see your post and send a reply.
