I just wanted to wish you the best of luck for your appointment next week. I hope it all goes well and that you find out soon what is causing this swollen lymph node in your neck. It's hard to know whether you need to tell friends and family and it's a very personal decision to have to make and I can understand why you are hesitating when it might turn out to be nothing of concern.
