Experienced minor spotting for 2 days went to doctors and they did examination and could see a trickle blood coming from womb so referred me urgent appointment. I’m going this morning for scan and hysteroscopy. Terrified it’s cancer. I’m 54 and apart from a minor twinge on my left lower abdomen (which I would probably not have even noticed if I hadn’t had spotting) no other symptoms. Just hoping if it is I’ve caught it early
