I’m having an ultrasound on Tuesday for a swollen lymph node in my neck that’s been there for around 3 months, however yesterday I came down with tonsillitis and it’s doubled in size…. Do I reschedule until the tonsillitis has cleared up?
I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some health concerns recently and that, ahead of your appointment on Tuesday, you've now developed tonsillitis. It's certainly worth giving the ultrasound department a call on Monday to ask for their advice and if you should reschedule your scan. Hopefully, they will be able to give you some reassurance.
