Hey all - I had a biopsy on my lower lip about 5 weeks ago.  An appointment was made for me to get my ‘results’ yesterday

I've only heard this lump being referred to as a “Myxoid or Muccole” which I believe are benign lumps on particularly if located on your lower lip… 

however , my biopsy results and apparently the location of whatever it is they are not sure about has come up as “usual” and has been sent to the hospital for further testing.. they said this will then go to an MDT and then I should hear more which will now be after the new year

has anyone else had a similar experience please
