I went for a routine scan and they found a 8cm cyst and they cant see my ovary. im having tests and scans but im so worried. has anyone else had this? I cant stop thinkning its the worst!

Welcome to Cancer Chat. I know the uncertainty and waiting for information is never easy so I hope you're getting on as OK as can be.
I also hope it's not long for you to wait for any further appointments and results to follow.
Try to take things a day at a time and keep busy and find distractions where possible.
