Hello everyone, I’m 46 and 23 months post menopause. I am tyoe2 diabetic and take insulin and Mounjaro, On HRT gel and tablets, and last week I had a small bleed. For the last year I have had bloating, headaches, night sweats, intercourse pain, lower back pain all of which I have visited the GP for at various times. These symptoms have been put down to menopause and Mounjaro I take for diabetes. 
I spoke to a gynaecology consultant (I work in theatres) and told him of my unexpected bleed and the other symptoms and he immediately told me to ask for a 2 week wait urgent appt. I am lucky to heave healthcare through work so I have been able to get an appointment with him on weds and likely an ultrasound scan on Thursday next week. He has said a hysteroscope is also likely.

everyone is telling me not to worry, but as you all know that’s easier said that done, and I’m starting to panic a little when I realise how many symptoms I’ve had, and never thought anything of them. 
I’ve come across these forums in my search for more information and to try and understand what may be to come.
