Double mole sole of foot excision (1 each foot) - has anyone had this before? Just wondering about recovery. Does anyone have any advice?

Hello everyone

I am having surgery on my feet to remove two moles that are suspected to be cancerous (I really hope not but am worried as they are on the soles of my feet) I have one on each sole of my foot and they are doing both at the same time.

Has anyone had this before as I'm just wondering about recovery time and if I will get a wheelchair or crutches as its one on each foot so am worried about moving around. Also I'm cabin crew so was told a 2/3 week sign off

Thank you for any responses. One nervous anxious stressed worried girl here as I have done sunbeds, tanning jabs, sprays and just laid in the sun at every given opportunity.

Has anyone had a double incision on soles of both feet? Any advice on recovery etc please?

Thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for your mole biopsy. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious ahead of this procedure.

Hopefully, you will be able to connect with others who have had moles removed from the soles of their feet but in the meantime, if you'd like to talk things through with one of our nurses for some advice and support, you can call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

    Best wishes,
