Hi there just to try and put your mind at ease a little if I can , I had Diarrhoea for a lot longer than this and I had weight loss ,then I had a fit test which came back over the acceptable limit so I had to then have a Colonoscopy ,like you I was very worried despite the fact I knew that it was much more likely to be something far less sinister than cancer ,I've now had 2 of these because of ongoing Diarrhoea the last one being around April this year ,both times the Colonoscopy showed it was Diverticulitis and internal haemorrhoids both very common and nothing to worry about ,if you do a search in the above Search forum you will see many people's experiences of your symptoms ,Its a good thing you are getting checked out let us know how you get on ,if you have any questions just ask and someone will be able to help you .
