Hello,

im a 47 year old male and just found a pea sized  and immovable lump under the skin. And just under my collar bone on the left side of my body. 
I've booked to see a doctor tomorrow but (perhaps foolishly) done some digging online and what I've found has concerned - particularlt the fact that I am totally fit and healthy with no accompanying illness and the lump is very hard and not movable. 
I am had lumps under the skin before which were soft and movable so I know what this means and this is definitely not that.

any help and advice on this gratefully received
