For the past three weeks I have been bleeding when I go to the toilet, to the point the toilet water turns red for the past week ive also been passing medium sized dark blood clots along with dark blood, my rectum is also constantly sore, I have a constant ache on my right hand side of my abdomen, followed with dizzy spells and feeling utterly exhausted I checked my stool sorry for the graphic description but there's loads of it and the consistency is like clay the colour is also pale yellowish instead of brown?
