Hi ive a round bump on the front of my left testicle for a good while now has never changed in size feels like a pinhead no pain or any other symptoms testicle feels normal I did have a bit of trauma before may be the cause of the bump has anyone had this before have made an appointment for GP but on waiting list any advice be appreciated or if anybody has had this before know what it could be thank you
