Sorry for disgusting tmi

So i just went to the toilet and had a huge well poop it was solid and massive the reason I know this as when I wiped there was bright red blood on tissue. 

So yes I put gloves on to check the poop and it was I want to say like 2 inches wide and like a brick sorry !!!

It was dark brown no blood on it as this was my concern 

I have noticed my bum is sore and I can see a little slit 

Could this be from the tear - the blood i mean? 

I went to the toilet again after for a poo and was blood when wiping but noticed it wasnt just the tear outside but inside the bum hole? 

I have health anxiety and worrying I do have tears often. Are there internal onrs you can have ?
