Im in a similar situation recently diagnosed with early stage cervical cancer I’m waiting a further biopsy. It’s worrying and feels like everything is a wait. I’m new to the forum too and hoping to get advice of others who have been through this. 

Hey, im so sorry to hear that….did you find out by going for a smear test? And by getting the results back or did u go for the LLETZ treatment? And had it not worked or was ur results just gone too far? Can you have the option of having your womb and cervix removed?sorry for all these silly questions im just wondering?im so sorry again to hear this and i hope you find some help or good info here 

Hey I’m in the same boat iv just had a letter saying I’m hpv and high grade moderate dyskaryosis iv been with the same partner for over 30 years I thought how have I got this but it lays dormant for years , I’m very scared it’s my own fault not had a smear test for 16 years thinking it won’t happen to me , iv been anxious feeling sick can’t eat until I got a nurse from our surgery to explain to me like everyone does I looked on google bad mistake I was all worked up but apparently this is very common and 90% of women get this, the outcome is very positive , but your feelings gets the best of you I’m still very worried until I go for my colposcopy, it’s the waiting that makes me anxious I just want it done and be over . X
