Testicle lump - had it for 3 years with no changes but has now become very sore if squeezed. What could cause this?

Hi ge 23 I've had a testicle lump for about 3 years left testicle on front piece of testicle hasn't grown always stayed same size very small firm moves tiny bit just wondering what would be possible cause when you try to squeeze the lump it is very sore any help please

    I'm sorry to hear about the pain you've now start to experience when you squeeze this lump.

    I know this must be worrying but if you are able to book an appointment with your GP they will be able to examine you and let you know if this is any cause for concern.

    Hopefully that won't be the case, but with their medical knowledge and insight they are best placed to answer your questions and put your mind at ease.
