Hi,

Going to call my GP tomorrow but wondered if anyone has had similar symptoms that haven't resulted in a breast cancer diagnosis...

For the last few weeks or so ive had some pain and discomfort in my shoulder both at the front and back which I put down to poor sleeping positions and posture. However over the last couple of weeks ive also had a bit of discomfort in my breast on that same side. No lumps that I can feel and sometimes it feels bit like muscle pain. Other times when ive been checking my breast it has felt like almost like when you press a tender bruise when I press to the left of my nipple.  Im trying not to let my mind go into overdrive but also feel like the top of my arm/armpit feels off (dont know how else to describe it as its not painful!) and my neck also feels like it has a swollen gland on the same side as the breast and shoulder pain (my right side). I am now paranoid there is something sinister that lymph nodes are picking up. 

Unsure if related but I did have a miscarriage at the end of September and am patiently waiting my first period after that. Can't say ive noticed the breast discomfort following any sort of cycle pattern. 

Any thoughts or similar stories?
